There’s no calm before the storm.
But, ‘O’ for the peace after the storm!
There, at the crossroad we stood.
All the paths hazy and daunting.
Some opted for the lonely path.
They stumbled and fell into the pitfalls
Of dark insulated bitterness.
To the destination of destruction.
There’s no calm before the storm.
But, ‘O’ for the peace after the storm!
There, at the crossroad we stood.
Shouting out for help from above.
He then stretched out his hand to guide
And wipe your tears that you may clearly see
The loving faces all around you.
To the destination of divine peace.
There’s no calm before the storm.
But, ‘O’ for the peace after the storm!
There, at the crossroad we stood.
I beheld the many faces
Eager to help and share my woes.
Humbled and grateful was I,
Covered with the peace from deep within.
To the destination of peace I walk.
There’s no calm before the storm.
But, ‘O’ for the peace after the storm!
There, at the crossroad we stood.
He then bend down and lifted me.
He, who knows the best, leadeth me
Into the destination of peace
That the world could not give or understand.
